Inua · Swahili — to lift, to raise up, to carry

Lift everyone in their care.

The people who carry others shouldn't have to carry everything alone. Inua is a family of apps, each with an agentic engine underneath that quietly does the work — so pastors, clinicians, advocates, and those carrying more than anyone sees can do the human part only they can do.

One spine, many worlds One platform, many industries Human in command — AI drafts, a person approves Future-proofed by design — new AI capabilities baked in

The need

The people who carry others are running out of hands.

You meet for an hour. Then comes the week or two that follows — and that's where progress is either tended with care or left to slip away. Meanwhile the person who cares most is buried in busywork no one trained them to run. Inua exists for that gap.

The between-session gap

The hour with a professional is dwarfed by the week without one. Nothing carries the work across the distance.

Counting the wrong things

Leaders track attendance, giving, hours logged — trailing signs of battles already fought — while the people themselves go unseen.

The mundane eats the calling

Documentation, evidence chaos, follow-ups, scheduling — the machinery drains the hours meant for people.

Generic tools, specific stakes

Off-the-shelf software doesn't understand a duty of care, a congregation, or a life. So it flattens the very thing that matters.

The technology only removes what distracts us from the people. Being known — being walked alongside — is still the whole point.

For the ones who carry

Someone has to hold the whole room.

A pastor knows every name, every hard week, every empty seat that used to be filled. Inua carries the weight of the record — who's drifting, who needs a call — so the shepherd can stay present to the person in front of them.

The family of apps

One platform. A room for each kind of care.

Every app is the same idea wearing the clothes of its domain: help a person master what matters, in community, with the busywork lifted away. Visit any one of them below.

MinistryMotion — Lead worship with AI precision

Moves a church from administration to spiritual transformation — helping leaders see and tend their people. Includes the Fix My Worship worship arm.

Vizanote — AI drafts the note, your BCBA approves

Recovers clinician time by lifting the documentation burden — the analyst reviews and approves, and more of the hour goes to the child and family.

LexisTrace — Turn a box of evidence into a case that holds up

Turns scattered proof into a clear, credible record for a person standing against a larger opponent — timeline intact, evidence in order.

Love Code — The first EHR built for two people in the room

Real-time guidance that helps two people move toward each other, right when it's hardest — so the work continues between sessions.

NoirNeuro — The chief of staff you've earned

A true agentic chief of staff for an entire life — protecting time and energy, tuned to a specific lived experience rather than an averaged-out user.

Sensor-fusion performance analysis for the field — live cockpit, roster, and longitudinal tracking, built on the same governed platform as every other room.

For the ones who heal

The hour ends. The care shouldn't.

Between sessions is where recovery is won or lost. Inua keeps the thread — notes drafted, warning signs surfaced, small next steps nudged forward — so a clinician can spend their attention on the human, not the paperwork.

The Inua thesis

Acceleration of mastery, on a governed platform.

Mastery in each of these fields was earned the hard way — through lived experience. Inua codifies that hard-won expertise into the product so it holds for every person it meets. What's new is the speed: with agents and AI, the scope and pace of that help is maximized — more people reached, faster movement toward the outcome — without ever lowering the bar.

Accelerated by agents

Agents and AI maximize the scope, speed, and reach toward that mastery — more people helped, faster movement toward the outcome — while the human part is left to a human.

Agent-first by design

The platform underneath is built agent- and AI-first — secure, governable, and purpose-built for its field, not a generic tool with AI bolted on. It does what no one else in these spaces does.

Future-proofed by design

A continuous pipeline of new AI-enabled capabilities is baked into the platform's DNA — the intent that every app keeps evolving ahead of its field, whatever competitors do.

When the platform gets more capable, both sides win — better outcomes for the person who carries others, and for everyone in their care.

For the ones who stand beside

Every life deserves a full hearing.

An advocate holds a person's whole story against a system that only reads forms. Inua organizes the evidence and the timeline so nothing true gets lost — and the advocate can fight for the person, not the filing.

How it holds together

One idea, many apps, built to be trustworthy.

Underneath every room is one agentic engine and one set of guardrails. The apps differ; the discipline doesn't. Below are concept views of what that looks like — the shape of the work, not the machinery behind it.

Agents that act, not just answer

The engine does the work in the background — drafting, organizing, following up — instead of handing you one more chatbot.

Designed, not assembled

Each app is deliberately engineered for its field's real stakes, not bolted together from generic parts.

One spine, many worlds

A single trustworthy foundation reskins into each industry — so a new vertical is a configuration, not a rebuild.

Human in command

AI drafts; a person always approves. Nothing reaches a human being without a human saying yes.

The enablement of mastery

The one loop every app runs

1Assess 2Name what matters 3Measurable steps 4Observe 5Act 6Master

In community. With agents removing the mundane. Every app is that one loop — and a human always approves before anything reaches a person.

Trust is a property, not a promise. Across the platform, AI drafts and a licensed human approves; sensitive data is isolated by design; and we won't fabricate a number we can't ground. We operate under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and run on SOC 2 Type II- and ISO 27001-certified Google Cloud infrastructure. Those infrastructure certifications are inherited from the platform we build on; our own company-level audit is still ahead of us — and we'll always tell you which is which.

The real differentiator

Behind every app is a community — not a feature, the foundation.

The software democratizes the outcome; the belonging is what actually lifts a person. Real people, sharing real experience, shape the path to mastery — and keep the technology honest about who it serves.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

The founders

A clinician and a technologist. Under one roof.

Most AI asks you to trust the model. Inua asks you to trust the people who govern it — a married team who each scaled a mastery by hand, and each know precisely how care can go wrong.

Ex-Google enterprise AIAI governance25 yrs worship leadership

A former enterprise technology and AI leader at Google, where he governed AI adoption and security for some of the most regulated organizations on earth — alongside 25 years leading worship and the Fix My Worship methodology. He directs AI agents to build software rather than typing every line, and architected the platform that now powers every app. Governance isn't credible because he says so — it's how he did it at scale.

The how and the why, married. One of them knows exactly how care can go wrong; the other knows exactly how to make machines do governed, useful work. Neither hand-waves the other's standards away — and that is the moat no competitor can copy.

Inua is the valley turned to purpose. Its resolve was forged in a family's long journey through hardship and church hurt — and transmuted into a refusal to let any person be lost in the mass. We stand on our ancestors' shoulders, planting trees whose shade we may never sit in.

Let's talk

Do you carry people for a living?

Whether you lead a church, run a clinic, advocate for the overlooked, or want to bring a trustworthy vertical to a field we haven't reached yet — we'd love to hear what you're carrying.
